At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere for a lifetime, which is why we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all returned pieces must be in their original, sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your cashmere items and place them back in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
